With the rapid development of information technology and globalization, network, virtualization, digital in the development of manufacturing, networked manufacturing is being an important development trend by using external manufacturing resources and improving the ability of rapid response to market. To meet the machine manufacture enterprise needs, and on the analysis of the structure and process of planer-type milling machine, the technology of manufacturing resources management, task decomposition, manufacturing resource allocation and manufacturing process cooperation are studied emphatically in the networked manufacturing of milling machine. Knowledge based process modeling principles, methods and platform structure, knowledge based modeling of manufacturing resources and information expression, and knowledge mining based network process design are put forward and applied in the actual production design and manufacture, and good effects were obtained.The main works are as follows:The first chapter reviews the research status of networked manufacturing, expounds the design based on knowledge, networked manufacturing resources and intelligent technology of CAPP. By analyzing the shortage in existing process design, the research contents and technical route are presented.The chapter 2 researches the basic theory of knowledge management. On the basis of analyzing the knowledge classification and characteristics, relationship and differences among data, information and knowledge, the contents, characteristics, source, level, characteristics of process knowledge management has been researched. And put forward the definition of process knowledge management in networked manufacturing, networked manufacturing process unit (NPU),networked manufacturing process plan (NPP),networked manufacturing service process plan (NSPP),final networked manufacturing process plan (FNPP), and the system framework of process knowledge in product lifecycle.In chapter 3 reviews the ontology model of the parts, process and manufacturing resource in networked manufacturing environment, presents a P-P-R manufacturing task and manufacturing resource matching framework. And the typical parts, process, extension process information of planer-type milling machine were expressed by the method. Establish an ontology-based P-P-R model considering complex parts characteristics, processing and equipment resources.The chapter 4 constructs P-P-R mapping relation based on P-P-R model. By using the extension theory, add a new feature and new process of parts to finish manufacturing task resources matching. And realized optimized allocation of networked manufacturing resources based on ant colony algorithm.The chapter 5 puts forward the business censor model and workflow mining algorithm to describe the reorganization scheme based on procedures mining in order to solve the enterprise censor process flexibility, deficiency and practical demands. Firstly gives practical censor role the right of dynamic changing the flow, through the analysis of log, with virtual node instead of the structure in cycle of workflow, with the structure of the workflow precursor relationships determine the choosing structure, thus reconstruction censor process. And the validity and rationality of this proposal were proved by the practical case in produce process censor.The chapter 6 gives the system framework of networked manufacturing process to meet the enterprise demand of process information system, analyzes the function modules by using the key technologies in the paper, and develops prototype system. (1) For the process characteristics of machine manufacture enterprise, overall structure of networked manufacturing enterprise process system was set up, and working process was also analyzed. (2) The prototype process system of networked manufacturing was developed, and networking process design, network process standardization, process adjustment, process censor management based on workflow technology were realized, and application examples are given.The chapter 7 summarizes the main research contents and achievements, and predicts the future research direction.
