| Urban road intersection is an important node in the urban space; it can convey the imageof the city and shaping the people’s lives. Its overall shape is directly related to convey urbanimagery and create the public space in urban, so it needs to be in-depth study.In this study, it shows urban road intersections type, nature and history evolution, on thebasis of this, it expands the inspection on the architectural form of the urban road intersectionsand analyses impact factors on the architectural form of the urban road intersections, whichsummed up the city general pattern, characteristics and typical architectural form of urbanroad intersections, hoping to provide the reference for urban design and architectural design.Firstly，this study describes the existing problems in architectural form of urban roadintersections, after looking back urban road intersections history evolvement, it detailedanalyzes all impact factors for architectural form of the urban road intersections, analyzingfrom three points of view, urban aspect, road aspect and architectural aspect then comeconclusion that the city general pattern, characte ristics and typical architectural form of urbanroad intersections, lastly it combines the design example to verify the above researchconclusion. |
