| In this thesis, in order to get across the technical defect and obtain new creative design schemes of car conveyors, based on the research of TRIZ and analysis of user requirement, aimed at determining creative design objective, solving creative design problem and generating creative design schemes, presented creative design schemes of new car conveyor by utilizing TRIZ problem analysis model,"evolutionary bridge" and "parameter bridge", and evaluated the creative design schemes.Based on research of user requirement and TRIZ theory, propose combination of user requirement research, function analysis, resource analysis and causal analysis, obtain the innovative design objective generation model, which is successfully used in the innovative design direction of car conveyor.Based on the research of technology evolution theory, the research process model of product evolution is put forward on the base of "evolutionary bridge". This model was applied in the evolution analysis of car conveyor, obtained the evolutionary process of car conveyor on ten important evolutionary lines. The current status and future status of car conveyor on each evolutionary line is found out, which is help to the research and development of car conveyor.Based on the research of problem solving instrument of TRIZ theory, put forward of problem solving process model by the application of "parameter bridge". By analyzing the technical defects of existing car conveyor worked by gripping tires, use this model to solve the technical conflict and present innovative design scheme of new car conveyor worked by gripping tires. Aimed at the lack of position adjustment function of car conveyor, put forward a scheme of using position adjustment device with new car conveyor. Aimed at the indication of hydraulic lifting, put forward an innovative design scheme of new car conveyor worked by lifting chassis.At last, the innovative design schemes are evaluated, which has definitely reference value to the research and development of future car conveyor. |
