| According to TRIZ1141 theory,the evolutionary trend of traditional forkliftn is analyzed on account of the evolutionary laws and route of technology system in order to confirm design direction.With the creative thinking methods,the theory of technology conflict solving and substance-field model,seek the standardized resolving principle to solve the problem of forklift technology.Based on engineering practice,putting forward concrete solving plans and creating a new-style forklift which can realize rapid lifting function to solve the problem that material moving is inefficient exists in construction site and to satisfy the requirements of construction sites.By researching manual hydraulic type forklift working principles and using of the evolutionary law of technology system,the loopholes and problems of traditional forklift is analyzed to find out several route have huge evolution potential that forklift must be followed,so that the evolution direction is indicated.Then the concept development of new-style forklift is provided combined with the creative thinking methods.On the basis of the concept design scheme,in consideration of physical truth exists in construction site,after continuously optimization design of two generations of products,the optimal design scheme is determined in the end.According to the results of evaluations,the optimized chassis linkage structure used for lifting is got for the sake of greatly economize on manpower.Next,traditional hoisting mechanism in series with chassis linkage structure used for lifting is optimized to by adopting pure mechanical and variable link mechanism linkage.Furthermore,the key parts of the forklift such as slow descent mechanism and locking device are designed with the help of the theory of technology conflict solving and The Sims in TRIZ.By means of building of 3-dimension model and manufacturing model machine,the problem exists in fabrication process is found out and be as the design information is fed back to design segment to perfecting scheme,at last,the more reasonably structured manufacturing model machine.That proves the feasibility,reliability and stability of the new-style forklift.The new-style forklift is created in this paper meeting the requirements of high efficient lifing materials in construction site and it has the very important significance and value on material handling systems of multiple industries.Besides,successful development of the new-style forklift also validates availability of modern design methods in products innovative design. |
