Abstract/Summary:
According to TRIZ and the regulations to bulid best product information structure model,the crane information structure model guided by the TRIZ evolution routes is established in this paper.By analyzing the TRIZ evolution method,the theory of technology conflict solving,substance-field model and based on the crane information structure model,a unpowered small crane is created to deal with the conflicts when uninstalling precast products in current construction sites and to fulfill the practical demand.Firstly,the innovation design scheme is presented to solve the disadvantages of the current cranes in uninstalling precast products.Through the TRIZ innovation method and analysis of the crane information structure model which guided by TRIZ product evolutionary tree,the concept design scheme of a unpowered small crane is finally given.On the basis of the concept design scheme,the practical situation and customer’s demand,3 structure design schemes are provided creatively.Then the 3 schemes are compared for evaluations.According to the results of evaluations,the optimized structure is got.Considering the reliability and stability of the structure,design calculation methods are applied to optimize the structure of rotating lifting mechanism and hanger rod.Also,deceleration winch mechanism and two-way ratchet mechanism,the key parts of the crane are designed with the help of the theory of technology conflict solving and the substance-field model.Based on the selected project,3-dimension model of the crane is built and the simplified model of crane are given.By ANSYS,the simplified model of crane is analyzed to evaluate the overall performance and then the crane’s structure is optimized.The analysis results are proven that the the reliability and stability of the crane’s overall performance meet the requirements theoretically.After four generations of prototype trial,the more satisfied and reasonable crane is got finally with the progressively improved design scheme.That proves the feasibility,reliability and stability of the unpowered small crane.As a new form of work lifting equipment,the unpowered small crane is created in this paper,meeting the requirements of uninstalling precast products in current construction sites.Also,the crane can be used in the sites widely,like ports,warehouses,logistics centers and so on.The design of the unpowered crane validates the availability of modern design methods in products innovative design and the certain reference value for practical application of engineering and theoretical research.
