In the past,the product manufacturing process often relied on the introduction of foreign technology or standards,and it was difficult to achieve further breakthrough results.Therefore,my country should strengthen its focus on innovation,especially product technology innovation,and accelerate the transformation of my country’s manufacturing industry from "made in china" to "created in china".At the same time,my country’s manufacturing industry often relies on empirical methods and brainstorming methods in the process of product technology innovation,which can easily lead to unclear technological innovation directions,incomplete innovation designs,and insufficient knowledge of the use and protection of intellectual property rights in the process of product technology innovation.And other shortcomings.This article mainly aims to improve and perfect the above-mentioned shortcomings,and then proposes an innovative design method of compressor manufacturing process based on TRIZ theory and technical efficiency matrix,and uses the representative rolling rotor compressor in the manufacturing industry.In-depth analysis and application research are carried out for the object.First of all,this article optimizes and improves on the basis of the existing technology efficiency matrix construction and analysis methods,and constructs the rolling rotor compressor technology efficiency matrix,and then further analyzes the technological points with great potential for technological evolution.And at the same time,in accordance with the actual production line situation of the company,the next research and development direction is to reduce the Hammer failure of the rolling rotor compressor(that is,when the compressor starts,the compressor stator collides and produces a kind of noise.The industry is also called "Hammer" sound.A poor performance of a compressor,hereinafter referred to as HM failure)rate.Secondly,in view of the HM problems of the rolling rotor compressor,after preliminary investigation and analysis of the compressor manufacturing process,structure,equipment,etc.the functional model and causal chain of the rolling rotor compressor manufacturing process are constructed,and then the key processes are identified.And use TRIZ tools to carry out multi-dimensional innovative design for these key problems,so as to obtain a series of innovative solutions to the technical problems.Then,for a series of innovative programs,a comprehensive evaluation analysis and superiority ranking method is used to integrate multiple evaluation methods such as comprehensive fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,analytic hierarchy process and four-quadrant evaluation method,clarify the priority plan,and use TRIZ theory After analyzing and optimizing these priority schemes for bad problem and patent infringement judgment and optimization,and the principle of infringement judgment,the specific parameters of the scheme are designed through conventional design and DOE experimental design methods to obtain details with low infringement risk and minor secondary problems.Parameter scheme group.Finally,for the detailed parameter plan group of the priority plan,use ANSYS finite element simulation software to perform simulation analysis,and then clarify the optimal parameter design of each priority plan and the comprehensive effect ranking between the different plans,and the best comprehensive effect The scheme is used for actual production verification,and its production verification results show that the verification scheme can significantly reduce the defective rate of compressor HM.Based on the TRIZ theory and technical efficiency matrix,the innovative design of the rolling rotor compressor manufacturing process can effectively reduce the HM defect rate of the rolling rotor compressor.This method is aimed at the common problems encountered in the innovation of typical product manufacturing process,and can be applied to the innovative design of product manufacturing process in more different industries,and can effectively improve the quality and efficiency of innovation.
