Research On The Key Technology Of Product Innovation Design Based On Evolutionary Theory Of TRIZ

The evolutionary theory of TRIZ reveals the process of technical system on generating,growing,maturing and aging,and the evolutionary laws of TRIZ provides rich theoretical basis for the forecast of technology future state.The analysis on current technology and the forecast on future technology are the foundation and precondition of innovation,so using the analysis and forecast on the technology states of system with evolutionary theory of TRIZ to direct the design of product innovation is of great significance.Patent is one of the largest information source in the world,which contained a large amount of design knowledge.At present,most of researches on innovation design methods and innovation process take patent as an analysis object.As for different research emphasis,the focus in knowledge extraction and expression is different too.The patent model we established in the process of research is offend effective to a innovation method,to others is not suitable.Therefore,this paper took patent as the research object,around the design of product innovation based on evolutionary theory of TRIZ,studied the following key technologies:Research on the extraction and application of patent knowledge.Demonstrated the feasibility to establish model with ontological methodology by the comparison between the extraction environment of evolutionary trail and the characteristics of ontology;analyzed the design knowledge contained in class name of IPC,put forward three aspects that knowledge applied to the ontology modeling;researched the analyze method of design knowledge based on components decomposing,and determined the ontology model and modeling steps of patent knowledge.Research on the process of analysis and forecast of technical states.Summarized 10 main evolutionary trails of classic TRIZ law,described their specific contents and made visual expression for evolutionary states;studied the evolutionary laws and essence,summarized 10 main ways of “component operating” in the process of problem solving;based on the above research contents,proposed the extraction process of evolutionary trails and patent family based on “component operating”.Research on the mapping principle of evolutionary state-effect.Analyzed the carrying principle of effect,described the mapping feasibility from evolutionary state to effect;summarized words describing functions based on functional groups and words describing property parameters based on flow nouns,and studied the corresponding relationship with effect;described the evolutionary states from the two aspects of function and property parameter,realized the mapping relationship from evolutionary state to scientific effect.Development of CAI system and analysis of case.Developed computer aided innovation design system,which facilitated the management of patent knowledge and the query of evolutionary trail and scientific effect;analyzed the patents of portable cotton picker with the application of above research on theoretical methods and innovation design system,which verified the feasibility of research.
