| China Zun Tower is the first high-rise building in Beijing, invested by the CITIC (China International Trust and Investment Corporation), designed by BIAD (Beijing Institute of Architectural Design), building by CSCEC (China State Construction Engineering Corporation), CCSSC (China Construction Steel Structure Corporation) responsible for the steel structure building. In this paper, a project management was designed which suit for the characteristics of China Zun Tower.Through the discussion of the main management mode of domestic and foreign construction projects, analysis of different management pattern and the scope of application, the problems existing in the Chinese project management was found. The main reason between internal and external factors influence of project management was analyzed. The matrix management structure is suit for China Zun Tower, which make project management more mobile and flexible, make the task more clear and more definite purpose. a unique culture project management was introduced to create a simple, free communication environment. A project planning system, protect resources, technology and fund allocation was Proposed. To enhance the operation and inspection for technology management; make sure the entire project work smoothly. Application of the most cutting-edge BIM technology in architectural engineering, through the three-dimensional BIM model, the problem of drawing review, the collision detection model of steel column, steel beam and important node, special electromechanical equipment pipelines was detected, ensure the construction to achieve zero collision.Super high-rise steel structure project management plan of China Zun Tower, forming a set of guiding significance, can perform the process management theory, to fill the gaps in the more than500meters super high-rise steel structure in Beijing area. The theoretical will be basis for the subsequent works in the design, manufacture, construction and other aspects. |
