Research On Multi-Project Management Of The Tower Site Construction Projects In China Tower Corp. H Branch

Multi-project management is a separate project management pattern, which is independent of project management and project portfolio management. Multi-proj ect management has its own value and the necessity of research. First of all, mu lti-project management can meet the needs of multiple projects management. Sec ondly, multi-project management takes the individual projects within the project g roup and the whole project group into account. Finally multi-project management pattern can meet the needs of the research object.In this paper, by looking for the multi-project management theory, analyzing current multi-project management situation of China Tower Corp. H Branch and finding the solution for each problem, finally the overall strategy for China To wer Corp. H Branch to improve its multi-project management has been formed. In order to test the validity and applicability of the strategy, this paper take A a rea to apply two key parts of the whole strategy. By assessing the results comin g from this test, we can adjust the original strategy and make it more reasonabl e and suitable for China Tower Corp. H Branch.This paper, by taking the tower site construction projects of China Tower C orp. H Branch as an example, not only generalize the multi-project management pattern, but also puts forward the solutions to settle the problems in the impleme ntation of multi-project management. Furthermore this paper will verify the reusa bility of the solution and ultimately to enrich the multi-project management expe rience. Because of the specificity of the research object, the conclusion is targete d and effective as well as limited. On the basis of this thesis, the theoretical sys tern and application of multi-project management will be continually improved an d studied deeply.
