In recent years, air transport by the impact of unexpected events, flight safetypunctual operation became the focus of attention. China’s civil aviation passengertraffic in2010has exceeded260million, becoming the world’s second largest airtransport power. As a result reasons, resulting in passenger check-in, security and otherareas of prolonged retention phenomenon often occurs, and this phenomenon caneasily lead to mass incidents, but also to the civil aviation industry may bring greatnegative impact. In order to reduce travelers stranded in the terminal buildings of the time, it isnecessary to study the terminal passenger service processes. In this paper, passengerterminal resources for intelligent scheduling has theoretically supporting role; airportmanagement personnel also help understanding of the process, which can be morescientific and effective management; effective for travelers to reduce their retentiontime, to provide a comfortable pleasure trip.Object of this paper is terminal passenger service processes, so the service processwere analyzed for check-in, security and other key links have carried out a detailedanalysis; also determined to Harbin Taiping International Airport Terminal domesticpassenger departures process as an example of an object, and the Taiping Airportconducted a field survey to obtain the corresponding data. This paper uses a hierarchical Petri net theory and modeling idea was modeled onthe service process, and to establish a model for structural reliability analysis andbehavioral invariance, state the nature of invariance verification, while the use ofstochastic Petri net theory, model into a homogeneous Markov chain with the process, and the theory of Markov unlimited number of resources under the conditions of themodel performance analysis, performance analysis values were found in the machineand the screening process bottlenecks, and gives some suggestions. For the case of a limited number of resources, the text used in the computersimulation technology service processes are analyzed, process simulation is achievedby means of iGrafx. From process simulation model to the simulation outputs areanalyzed, on the basis of survey data set combining airport simulation attributes, andimplementing simulation run. The simulation process of determining the value of themachine the average service time of2.51minutes, the screening process averageservice time of1.72minutes. Through repeated simulations determined under standardconditions in a service check-in counters and security check counters count thenumber.
