With the rapid development of real estate development, it brings many economic benefits, and also brings a lot of environmental problems:such as traffic congestion, lack of green space, population density and so on.Nationally, urban roads morning and evening peak congestion phenomenon has intensified. On the one hand is due to the sharp increase in car possessing capacity, road construction speed is far behind the growth rate of motor vehicle; other is due to the interface design linking real estate development projects and urban road network is not reasonable. However, at this stage, the environmental impact assessment of real estate projects has not yet been able to incorporate the environmental impact of transportation.This article is based on the study of domestic and foreign traffic impact assessment and environmental impact evaluation methods, choosing Dalian city for the study, and carried out a real estate project traffic environment impact analysis and case study.The main contents include:1.
