The Environmental Comprehensive Impact Assessment Of Baotou To East Huhhot 500kV Transmission Project

With the deepening of the environmental protection work, environmental impact has become the important influencing factor in the construction and operation of the Power Transmission Project, so it is of the practical significance to strengthen environmental impact assessment of Power Transformation Project. In addition, good engineering project environmental impact will bring not only good economic benefits to construction and operation companies, but also enormous social benefits.Firstly, this paper described the environmental impact, environmental impact assessment and relevant evaluation methods of the engineering project in detail, and it established a theory foundation for the reasearch of Baotou to East Huhhot 500kV Power Transmission Project's environmental impact comprehensive evaluation; Secondly, it introduced the overview of the project and analyzed the impact factors of Power Transmission Project's environmental impact assessment; then it set up the Power Transmission Project environmental assessment index system, having four second-level indexes which included natural environment, ecological environment, social economic environment, landscape environment and eleven three-level indexes. It strived to construct the comprehensive, rational, scientific assessment index system.This paper made use of AHP to determine the relative weight of each evaluation index, and constructed multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on the theory of fuzzy. It applied the model to Baotou to East Huhhot 500kV Power Transmission Project's environemtal impact comprehensive assessment and calculated the overall environmental impact assessment result of the project. The environmental impact level of the project is between the satisfaction and satisfactory and tends to satisfactory. In the end, it put forward specific environmental protection and prevention measures from the four aspects including electromagnetic environment, sound environment, water environmental and ecological environment, providing the reference to strengthen the environmental impact management for project managers and related environmental protection department.
