The Environment Impact Analysis Of Urban Commercail Buildings

In this paper, through a case study of the analysis on the development of commercial buildings, discussion in the process of urban development, environmental impact factors of commercial complex development, summary in the composition of commercial buildings at the early stage of the development of the environmental impact characteristics, emphatically analyse on the environmental impact of operation, and improvement measures. Preliminary done from the perspective of environmental protection objective assessment of sustainable development for business development projects, provide reference for the city ecological environment protection and sustainable development strategy research and develop. This case study also has certain models, which are significant for developing Shanghai, and other cities, in the old city transformation and the development process of environmental protection, provide constructive reference for the construction of an ecological city.Examples of typical commercial buildings in the development and construction of the center of Shanghai City, through the investigation of environment sensitive area, pollution sources and environmental quality statusin the early stage of project development, such as atmospheric environment and sound environment, and carry out research and analysis step by step according to the investigation data. The results show that, in this case project, air pollutants in addition to SO2, CO to meet the standard, NO2, NOx and O3 have exceed the standard phenomenon, and the daily average concentration values exceed the standard phenomenon is more serious, some time can be reached heavy pollution; and from investication, will be found the surrounding sound environment as serious exceed the standard, and the main reason for the automobile exhaust and peripheral construction.At the same time, based on the analysis of the survey data on the project, the environmental impact of the project after the completion of the change of the prediction analysis, from the three aspects of the water environment, atmospheric environment, acoustic environment to analyze and discuss the problem of environmental pollution may exist in the future, and put forward the suggestions for improvement. Taking the landscape as a point, this paper expounds the significance and functions of landscape greening plays in city microenvironment improvement, and puts forward some landscape optimization measures and methods, to provide a positive reference basis for future project development.This case is located in the urban area of Shanghai’s old city reconstruction, surrounding environment is complex, both completed modern high-grade residential quarters, are also have the shanty towns of the demolition, project development greatly influenced the surrounding residents and environment. This study added to specific types of urban commercial development environment research based data, as the first development in the region of commercial projects, the regional development and construction of environmental protection in the future has certain reference significance.
