Eventually, thebalanced supply and rational allocation and effective use of the three anglesconstructed to improve residents ’basic needs, facility layout control, protectresidents’ satisfaction as the goal of the evaluation, and thus build aresource-saving residential area of public service facilities evaluation system.Combined with the establishment of "resource-conserving residential area ofpublic service facilities evaluation system", the study first considered for theconstruction of residential areas of public service facilities should be adapted tolocal conditions in different cities established in line with local conditionsmatch index; different levels of residential areas, public service facilities shouldfollow a different configuration standards; strengthen the government to controlpublic welfare facilities, in accordance with the laws of market. Secondly, forthe distribution of residential areas of public service facilities, combined withthe status of residents travel research, study and formulate a new public servicefacility layout hands.
