| With the development and improvement of the construction system,the future community construction is about to usher in a new stage of comprehensive promotion,which is the first exploration of Zhejiang Province to promote urban modernization and build a "beautiful home".After the launch of the fourth batch of pilot construction of future communities,new requirements and guidance were put forward for future community construction,and more attention was paid to the renewal of old and old urban communities,which were created as pilot projects of future communities.However,in the process of the transformation from the new community to the old community in the future,there is no necessary theoretical basis and strategic guidance for the old community,and it is impossible to realize the "people-oriented" renewal principle required by the new urbanism,and it is difficult to carry out the planning,design and construction implementation.From the perspective of "future community",this paper analyzes the localization practice of "future community",a new urbanism in Zhejiang Province,and analyzes the shortcomings of "future community" as the guiding basis for the renewal of public facilities in old and old residential areas,taking the old future community as the research object;From the perspective of "residents’ needs",based on the survey and analysis of the three future communities of the old transformation category,namely,Harmony Community,ZTE Community and Jiangbin Community,and based on the residents’ demand survey data and behavior survey data,combined with the relevant theories and analysis models of demand hierarchy,the paper summarizes and summarizes the residents’ demand hierarchy system that conforms to the demands of the old urban communities,and puts forward the basic needs Public facilities renewal strategies with different quality needs and social needs,so as to realize the future community humanistic requirements.In view of the problem of space utilization,from macro to micro,this paper proposes how to effectively use the limited public space in the old community,so as to realize the landing of various public facilities.From the perspective of "future community-residents’ needs",provide theoretical basis for the renewal of public facilities in old communities.In the case practice of the pilot establishment of harmonious community in Gongshu District,we investigated and analyzed the existing problems and residents’ needs of the old communities in Hangzhou,and put into practice the proposed public facility renewal strategy,which provides experience and enlightenment for other communities to learn from,so that the construction of the old and renovated communities in the future can have more powerful practical support. |
