Study On The Optimization Of The Layout Of Public Service Facilities In Gaoping Space Of Lanzhou City Based On Resident Satisfaction Survey

With the rapid social and economic development in China over the past decade,Lanzhou City,as an important economic and cultural centre in the northwest region,continues to be in a stage of continuous development in its economy and urban construction.During this period,the level of construction of public service facilities in the city is also rising,and residents’ needs and requirements for them are also on the rise.At present,China’s urban development has moved from large-scale construction to the stock development stage,and with this,the living standards of urban residents are improving and their needs and lifestyles are changing,which brings about new changes in the needs and requirements for public service facilities.However,for urban spaces with special topography such as the Gaoping space,which is unique to Lanzhou,there are still significant gaps in public service facilities,a poor sense of well-being among residents,and confusion in the internal management of urban spaces due to natural and social factors and other limitations of their own.As the basic driving force of urban operation,improving the existing public service facilities in Lanzhou’s Gaoping space is the primary task and goal.With this as the general purpose,this study will systematically study the layout of Lanzhou’s existing Gaoping space and internal public service facilities based on the existing territorial spatial planning and special planning of Lanzhou City as a guideline,and ultimately achieve the goal of promoting the sustainable development and construction of Lanzhou’s Gaoping space.Taking the above as the background of the existing study,the next step will be to statistically analyse the current situation of public service facilities in the Gaoping space of Lanzhou City,to study the history of the development and construction of the Gaoping space in Lanzhou City from the perspective of its development history and its historical significance in the construction of Lanzhou City,to categorise each Gaoping district on its basis,to analyse the problems of public service facilities in each Gaoping district at the level of planning layout and community governance,and to take the more major Gaoping districts in Lanzhou City as the main The study area is the main Gaoping District in Lanzhou.The first step was to identify the factors that affect the satisfaction of residents with public service facilities.The main objective was to summarise existing research and combine it with the current situation in the study area to identify macro factors and abstract factors.The abstract factors include: residents’ expectations,perceived quality,perceived needs,perceived value,satisfaction,complaints and trust.The above influencing factors were used as the basis for the construction of the evaluation system and satisfaction index system,and the Gaoping District Resident Satisfaction Evaluation System and Resident Satisfaction Evaluation Index System were established successively.The data required for the model were collected by means of questionnaires,analysed and processed using SPSS software,and the data were analysed layer by layer using a variety of analytical methods to finally obtain the overall resident satisfaction index.Secondly,on the basis of the results of the satisfaction index and the data obtained from the questionnaire,the demand characteristics of public service facilities in Gaoping District were studied in each of the three dimensions.The final results of the corresponding demand characteristics are obtained to provide reference for the development and improvement of public service facilities.Through the research and calculation of the above evaluation system,the satisfaction index of residents with public service facilities in Gaoping space in Lanzhou City is 52.82%,which is at a low level compared with the satisfaction level of existing public service facilities in Lanzhou City and other cities.In this paper,in the subsequent research on demand characteristics,firstly,in the analysis of the demand characteristics of different age groups,the method of correlation analysis is used to analyse the people of different age groups in this dimension,and the degree of relationship between different age groups for different public service facilities and the specific satisfaction situation respectively,so as to arrive at their demand characteristics for public service facilities;secondly,in the analysis of the demand characteristics of different Gaoping areas In the analysis of the demand characteristics of public service facilities in different Gaoping districts,a cross-sectional(chi-square)analysis is used to analyse in detail the demand characteristics of public service facilities in each Gaoping district in Lanzhou,and to summarise the satisfaction and demand characteristics of each Gaoping district for the four different types of infrastructure;finally,in the analysis of the demand characteristics of the four types of public service facilities in the entire Gaoping space in Lanzhou from the most macro perspective,a linear regression analysis is used to The analysis of the satisfaction and demand characteristics of public service facilities in the Gaoping space of Lanzhou City is carried out to analyse the percentage influence of each facility on the satisfaction of residents,and then the demand characteristics of the infrastructure dimension is used as an entry point to predict the special demand characteristics of each public service facility in the unique urban space of the Gaoping space.Using the above-mentioned dimensions for detailed analysis and dissection,the specific problems and facility layout deficiencies of the existing Gaoping space in Lanzhou have been identified in a more comprehensive and detailed manner,and strategies for improving the layout of public service facilities in the Gaoping area of Lanzhou have been proposed from a combined theoretical and practical perspective,starting with the demand characteristics of the various dimensions.The results and recommendations of this study are proposed to achieve the goals of improving the current situation of public service facilities in the Gaoping space of Lanzhou and increasing the satisfaction of residents,so as to further build a unique Gaoping space of Lanzhou on the basis of the existing urban construction of Lanzhou and create a beautiful Lanzhou with a high sense of well-being.
