With the social development and scientific and technological progress, the development of high-speed flight and long-range fight of the aerial vehicles weapon system is the world an important part of military construction, to the solidification of such vehicles, motorized, precision of high-level development. In the meantime, the safety of Aerial Vehicles has become the important topic in the national defense construction. The safety-control system for aerial vehicles major responsible for the preparation of aerial vehicles fire, attitude control, flight safety control, aerial vehicles’main signal measurement and conversion, data transmission and real-time measurement tasks, So safety-control system design and production and testing process is essential. Therefore, this thesis is to study a certain type of aerial vehicle is on the safety-control system design development and implementation of function, to conduct research related to application technology and hardware with PXI bus, virtual instrument software technology as a test system to achieve safety-control system testing, hoping for the aerial vehicles safety-control system development and related applications in the field of reference and experience. Research and development of this system include the following aspects:First of all, the aerial vehicle safety-control system and safety-control testing system development and research was reviewed, introduced the aerial vehicle safety. Control system works and work flow, and safety-control system components and functions are explained.Secondly, based on the aerial vehicle safety-control process reliability and safety control accuracy requirements, system design on the use of the primary, alternate two modes, and the structure of the internal use of a modular design, the external use of anti-vibration performance and electromagnetic compatibility performance of the design.Then, separately from the aerial vehicle safety-control system hardware components, selection and hardware resource allocation and other aspects of hardware design, the final use of LabWindows/CVI software test system for safety-control of the software.Subsequently, the study aerial vehicle dynamics, kinematics equations and control system model and implement security control of aircraft flight simulation route.For safety-control system reliability design, reliability testing and other aspects of the hardware. Finally, the thesis is summarized and the open problems for further research are also discussed.
