According to the characteristics of modern warfare, the development of defensive anti-aircraft and anti-missile weapons has become a major hot spots in armaments of the world. With the fierce competition of the anti-aircraft weaponry, the research on the applied technology of launch-control and the development of TM aerial vehicles which are the method for assessing the anti-aircraft and anti-missile operational performance of the anti-aircraft weapon become the key field in the development of national defense industry.The applied technology of launch-control for aerial vehicles is the high technical intensive and specialized large scale scientific research and test engineering. It is the most important mission for the TM aerial vehicles' launch-control to ensure the reliability and security of the launch process, improve the precision and validity of flying control, and safeguard the safety of life and property. The launch-control system is the important equipment to guarantee the launch mission of the aerial vehicles, which executes the performance tests and controls the launch process. Therefore, in this paper, the design and development of the launch-control system and the research of the applied technology are carried out for the TM aerial vehicles. It is hopped that these research work can provide references and beneficial attempts for the research of the unmanned aerial vehicles' (for example missiles etc.) launch-control equipments and the application in other regions.The research work carried out in this paper is as follows:1. According to the special safety and reliability requirements of the launch-control process, the development and test of this system is commenced, which focuses on the hardware design of the display, control and conditioning unit and the software programming of the launch-control host computer.2. Since the types of the measuring parameters and control signals relating to the TM aerial vehicles' launch-control are very complex, the pre-conditioning technology is adopted. 3. The distinction method of electro-optical isolation for the switch signals is proposed, which desires to realize the accurate identification for the "two states" and "'three states" signals.4. The pulse signals are so susceptible to the interference that the waveform creats distortion, so the conventional count and detection functions based on the interpretation software of the risiing edge and trailing edge cannot work. In this paper, a method of software and hardware design for the pulse signals count is proposed, which is based on the level interpretation.5. Considering the particularities of the launch-control process, the traditional track regression calculating method is too computationally intensive and time-consuming, so a new launch parameters calculating simplified model is studied.6. To improve the precision and validity of the flying control process, the calculating software of the track simulating computer is designed, which desires to relize the precision test and error compensation for the launch parameters.The application of this system shows that:The design and development of the TM's launch-control system based on PXI bus and Virtual Instruments guarantee the reliability and security of the launch-control process; The pre-conditioning technology applied to the various types of input and output signals is effective, which ensures the good match relations of electrical interface between this system and the aerial vehicles; The distinction method of electro-optical isolation can exactly identify the "two states" and "three states" switch signals; The count method of the pulse signals based on the level interpretation is very effective which guarantees the testing accuracy of the correlative control systems; The launch parameters calculating simplified model is concise and accurate, which is closer to the TM aerial vehicles' actual states; The system successfully integrates the track simulation and error compensation into the launch-control application domain, which has the practical significance in enhancing the calculating precision of the parameters and improving the validity of the flying control.
