The Research Of Maintenance Management About Five Bridges On The Three-ring Expressway In Wuhan

With the steady development of the traffic in China, the number of bridges is growing,but present life of bridge of our country is longer, and the design standard is low, so thedamage of bridge is more serious. Thus the maintenance of the bridge is particularlyimportant. maintenance plays a very important role in extending the service life of bridgeand maintaining the performance.This paper mainly studies maintenance management problems about five bridges onthe three-ring expressway in Wuhan, these a few bridges are reinforced concrete bridge.For reinforced concrete bridge, due to the physical and mechanical properties of reinforcedconcrete materials, which makes the bridge have some inevitable problems in usingprocess, these problems makes bridges need maintenance; the structure and type ofreinforced concrete bridges tend diversification, so some structure of bridge can bedamaged and need to do some maintenance measures. Thus, the influencing factors ofconcrete bridge maintenance is diverse, before the maintenance of the bridge, thissuggests we must analyze the factors of influencing the effect of maintenance of concretebridge, and make a systematic and global maintenance implementation,which is theweakness of bridge maintenance in our country at present stage, in order to solve thisproblem, this paper mainly studies maintenance of practical experience about five bridgeson the three-ring expressway in Wuhan,the comprehensive analysis of three-ring coveringmaintenance data, in order to seek to build maintenance precancerous disease analysis ofbridges, the choose of maintenance measure, maintenance evaluation system ofcomprehensive management and performanceRelated theory of this paper on the study of domestic and foreign bridgemaintenance management after the bridge definition, content and method of maintenance,and puts forward corresponding to five bridges on the three-ring expressway in Wuhan covering maintenance method. Aiming at five bridges on the three-ring expressway inWuhan covering disease detection, which introduces concrete bridge disease investigationand detection methods, testing content, coupled with three-ring covering and analysis, thecauses of the disease was discussed the possible impact of analysis.Secondly, the basic definition, content, main maintenance measures of thepreventive maintenance of the bridge were analyzed, and the targeted preventivemaintenance measures are put forward, and the introduction of practical evaluation modeland economic evaluation model are introduced in evaluating the practicality and economyof preventive maintenance respectively.Finally, relying on check project of five bridges on the three-ring expressway inWuhan, by examining the bridge diseases for the basic information, exploring themechanism of bridge diseases, scientific classification of bridge diseases, analyzing testresults and the technical condition evaluation. At the same time, this paper introducesmarkov prediction model of bridge technology, and analyses the instance and validation.Five bridges on the three-ring expressway in Wuhan covering preventive maintenancemeasures are put forward, and a complete bridge preventive maintenance system was built.
