Study On Disease Analysis And Maintenance Measures Of Asphalt Pavement Of Chang-Jiu Expressway

In recent years,our country economy high speed development,the highway freight volume has increased year by year,large,heavy vehicles but also increase gradually,overload and overrun the phenomenon such as frequent,plus affected by weather,lack of high quality raw materials such as gravel,asphalt and structure design,the highway asphalt pavement are more or less influenced by different levels,different types of damage.This will not only seriously affect the safety and comfort of passing vehicles and the patency of roads and other pavement performance,but also because the relevant problems are not handled in a timely manner,inappropriate structural damage,so that the service life of the road seriously reduced,causing more serious losses.Therefore,we must take timely,reasonable and effective treatment measures to prevent and control all kinds of diseases on the road surface,and constantly improve the service capacity of the road.In this paper,prosperous nine highway asphalt roadbed correlation detection and maintenance for instance,the system of chang 9 highway asphalt pavement were summarized in the light of micro cracks,serious water damage,special type variant rut and other kinds of diseases and the causes of formation,local governance in extensive research in home and abroad research of highway asphalt pavement of various kinds of diseases on the basis of the latest technology,using advanced testing equipment such as automatic deflection of asphalt pavement check-out car,flatness check-out car,complete the related indexes such as the thickness of the radar detector test,using relatively perfect testing evaluation means to chang nine of the highway asphalt pavement condition evaluation,Determine the degree of pavement damage,evaluate the state of pavement disease,put forward the prevention and treatment measures of changjiu high speed asphalt pavement disease,and put forward the treatment plan combining surface layer,base layer and roadbed reinforcement for cracks,pits,ruts,subsidence and other diseases.In this paper,the deep study of the asphalt surface heat regeneration technology,local roads for prosperous nine highway to use geothermal renewable for repair and achieved significant results,constantly explore new technology,new materials,new equipment and the introduction of foreign or domestic advanced concept for maintenance at the same time,the real solve the usual maintenance a lot of problems in the process,make the existing highway asphalt pavement maintenance work more efficient,standardized and scientific,thus greatly improve the service life of the highway,and performance.In this paper,through research,prosperous nine highway from different angles on the cause of disease of asphalt pavement,prevention and control,and so on and so forth to explore,combining conventional thinking in the asphalt pavement maintenance,and as far as possible on the basis of using the original pavement milling planer reworked material,and starting from the diseases of various kinds of influence factors,puts forward to cutting expenditure,and adapt to the current environmental protection environment in-place recycling scheme,related science prosperous nine highway asphalt pavement maintenance measures.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)the system summarizes existing main disease of highway asphalt pavement,such as a light micro cracks,serious water damage,special type local variant rut,we through disease form,the real testing data,the cause of the disease can be preliminary classification and analysis,provide relevant theories basis for the follow-up maintenance and construction and data support.(2)the domestic existing highway maintenance quality evaluation methods is relatively perfect,the expressway asphalt pavement condition can be related to the level of evaluation,and domestic form a complete set of testing equipment such as automatic deflection of asphalt pavement check-out car,smoothness checkout automobile,such as the thickness of the radar detector can quickly and efficiently detect the completion of the relevant indicators,and formed the system data.It can create preconditions for our maintenance,construction and disease treatment analysis.(3)through the prosperous early nine highway construction conditions,objective environment,traffic,disease around such a targeted research,its main reason is that the early construction standard is low,random use of source material requirements,gravel and asphalt aging did not meet the requirements of existing specifications,the early construction lagging paving,rolling and related monitoring equipment can not meet the theoretical design value,and increased the large load of vehicles,the long rainy season in the southern region of erosion,summer heat,slants thin thickness of surface design of crude oil are the main factors of pavement damage.(4)determine effective prevention and treatment measures for asphalt pavement diseases,and elaborate specific prevention and maintenance measures for pavement diseases such as cracks,pits,ruts and subsidence.(5)fully affirm that the treatment of asphalt pavement diseases should be combined with the treatment scheme of surface layer,base layer and pavement bed reinforcing at the same time,combined with the treatment process of asphalt pavement diseases of changjiu expressway and the causes of the diseases,and pavement maintenance should not be limited to the current situation of treating symptoms but not the causes.(6)the maintenance of some sections of changjiu expressway with geothermal regeneration has achieved remarkable results,and is more suitable for the rapid pace of traffic and construction at the same time.It can also solve the problem of high pavement damage rate and large maintenance area of changjiu expressway,effectively improving the maintenance schedule and saving the construction cost.In the continuous exploration of new technology,new materials,new equipment and the introduction of foreign or provincial advanced ideas for maintenance and repair,it really solves a lot of problems in the maintenance process at ordinary times,and can summarize experience to promote a lot of follow-up construction.
