Study On Project Risk Management Based On The Theory Of Projection Pursuit

High speed period of our country is experiencing a social transformation, all kindsof many-storied buildings after another city, the process of getting faster and faster,these are China’s strong performance, but along with the development of correspondingalso highlights a number of issues, more and more uncertain factors in constructionproject, more and more risk of construction project in the process,the projectmanagement, the risk of loss is far in the past, which further demonstrates the importantrole that the engineering project risk management. Engineering project risk managementhas become an indispensable part of project management, project risk management canreduce the risk of damage, ensure project smoothly, it is no exaggeration to say that theproject management can decide the project’s success or failure.Research on engineering project management in China has made considerableachievements, but after all, started late, compared to the western advanced countriesthere is still a big gap. We should work in the field of risk management and activelyexplore and form their own system. At present, research on risk management in ourcountry still has many problems, such as the problem of subjectivity of riskidentification, risk factors of isolated problem, aging risk analysis technology, thestatic problem of risk management, these are what we have to solve in the future, thispaper is written in this purpose, we hope to contribute to the progress of Chinese riskmanagement of a force.Firstly, the present situation of our project risk management are introduced, withemphasis on the introduction of the project risk management problems and solutions,which focuses on the problem of risk classification, risk management process and riskprocessing methods, which lays a theoretical foundation for the engineering project riskmanagement case behind.This paper introduces a new method of risk analysis and projection pursuit TheoryAccelerating Genetic algorithm. The step of the development history, the projection pursuit theory main principle and the specific methods, focuses on accelerating geneticalgorithm in the application of projection pursuit theory establishes a model foundationfor the following example.Then the paper will be a project of the theory to the practice, the projection pursuittheory is applied to the risk evaluation of the project risk management, and achievedgood results.
