Security measures at nuclear power plants, radiation monitoring system is animportant part. Nuclear power plant radiation monitoring system by the processradiation monitoring systems, exhaust stream radiation monitoring system, regionalradiation monitoring system, individual dose management and access control arearadiation monitoring systems, environmental radiation monitoring systems and othersubsystems. Among them, the individual dose management and access control arearadiation monitoring system is mainly used to monitor and staff of different doses andradioactive contamination within the controlled area of the management station, themain components of its components are radiation detection instruments. The design of the device to some extent to meet the market demand, haspractical significance.The main contents of this paper:1Through the issue of nuclear safety gate background research instrument to detect the status quo and the full investigation, demonstrated the nuclear power plantsafety gate instrumentation calibration device and feasibility of practical significance,and proposed the establishment of standard equipment is expected to major technicalindicators.2The overall design of the system studied. The structure and working principleof nuclear safety doors, combined with the expected targets, completed the design andworking principle that technical solutions systems, a brief description of the role ofthe microcontroller, stepper motor and ball screw in them, point out the follow-up ofthe design the main part of the hardware to be designed.
