The use of commercial nuclear power around the world has been over sixty years.Since the large-scale application of control system which based on computer and network technology in petrochemical and energy industry,the cyber security in industrial control system appears gradually.However,in the cyber security events of industrial control system,the events related to "nuclear" are very likely to attract public attention.At present,the top-level requirements for cyber security design in nuclear power plant of china basically adhere to the more general requirements which existed in nuclear power codes and standards.The concept and design system for the overall design of the information security of the nuclear power plant system still needs to be established,and there is also lack of strong acceptance criteria or norms to guide the project work.The research of this article is based on the cyber security of digital instrumentation and control system in nuclear power plant,the actual problem is current project design is analyzed,and a set scheme of cyber security risk identification,risk detection,risk protection,risk assessment of instrumentation and control system of nuclear power plant are given.The main contents of this article are as follows:-Critical system and critical digital asset identification methods for nuclear power plant are put forward.-Base on the analysis of the digital I&C system overall architecture of typical nuclear power plant,the main cyber security risk points are identified and the countermeasures are given.-The design requirements for the cyber security of the nuclear power plant I&C system are given.-Based on the actual situation of nuclear power plants,the specific design requirements and methods are put forward from three aspects: cyber security risk point identification and evaluation,cyber security risk protection,and cyber security accident mitigation.-The depth in defense levels of cyber security protection in nuclear power plant is put forward.This research mainly focuses on the cyber security design requirements,design schemes and design flow of the instrumentation and control system of nuclear power station.The implementations of cyber security technology are not including in the scope of this research.
