Research On Development Model And Planning Of The Community In Chengdu Fringe Area

Since the21st century, China’s economic and city development rapidly gets intoa new transitional period.Chengdu is an economic growth pole of the western region.The benign development of the urban fringe area in Chengdu have an important impacton urban spatial expansion. Community is basic unit of city structure. Harmoniousdevelopment of its living function plays an important role on the development of thewhole city. This paper do research on the Chengdu edge community developmentmodel and planning design from two aspects: overall external and internalrefinement.The overall aspect is doing research on the distribution and the futuredevelopment direction of community in urban fringe area, which is on the basic ofthe overall urban development. The micro level of research is material spacetransformation and construction of the spiritual life of community from the perspectiveof the internal space. The first part of the article is summarize of current research onthe theory of city fringe area at home and abroad, sums up the concept about spaceorganization and planning and development of edge community.The second part of the article determine the scope and characteristic of the edgearea of Chengdu space structure development. The classify Chengdu edge communityaccording to its residential groups and development model. The development trend ofexternal edge community has the following characteristics：highly speed spread,inorganic broken,residential space differentiation and so on. We should avoid "boothpie" urban structure through the integration of resources. Through the investigation and analysis of present situation and problems ofsocial and the physical environment of community internal part, put forward edgesocial and physical environment diversity within community network developmenttrend. Last three weir by PI county green bar tree village community of the specificcase of marginal region of Chengdu rural community a typical development model andplanning results qualitative quantitative analysis, put forward the issue of the edge ofthe city community social essence is good to solve the problem of the development ofthe harmonious coexistence between man and the environment. Papers on the study ofcommunity development in Chengdu edge is hoped that by rim the integration ofindustry resources and living function to solve urban suburbanization and urbandevelopment in the process of suburban urbanization problems.
