Various industrial activities and daily lives could generate a lot of combustible gases, such as coal gas that produced by coal mining, biogas, liquefied petroleum gas and so on, these combustible gas emissions will not only cause environmental pollution but also waste energy, improper handling may also cause accidents, if these combustible gas can be collected and used for power generation, it would be a double benefit thing.Since the concentration and combustion values of combustible gas are different, the voltage and frequency that generated by the combustion exhaust gas are also different, if those electric power was directly supplied to devices, it could affect the life length of electrical equipment, and even endanger personal safety of users. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a digital electronic governor, which can control engine valve opening when concentration and combustion values of gas are different at all times, so that the gas engine can be maintained in a constant speed range in any condition, so that the voltage and frequency of the power generator is kept constant, that is resident available220V,50Hz.This article describe the process and the current development of the electronic governor, analyzed the working principle and its adjustment regularity of speed, as well as speed change of internal-combustion engine when the load changes, it can be obtained from analysis that its work process can be seen as a first-order and second-order inertia link underdamped part series. Describes the features and shortcomings of conventional PID control, fuzzy control and PID control team before the proposed combination with (the error is large, the system uses the fuzzy control; errors hours using PID control), based on a fuzzy PID control algorithm, the governor of proportion, integral and differential parameters for online real-time tuning the output applied to the system. At last using MATLAB/SIMULINK simulation software to observe the conventional PID control and fuzzy PHD control system stability, interference effects, simulation results show that the system is its use of fuzzy PID controller is a strong anti-jamming capability, high accuracy regulation.Digital electronic governor rely hardware and software work together to achieve their regulation and control functions to the object, detailing platform structures and the selection of control objects, actuators and speed measurement and display device. When select control, as the gas engine is too larger to test in laboratory, so replace gas engine with1E32FL gasoline, use stepper motor to control valve opening; combine the experimental platform, use photoelectric module to measure speed. In software design, use CCS comply and debug those software program, completed the write and debug of main program and each subroutine.Do test on horizontal bar, two-stroke internal combustion engine1E32FL, recording and analysis test data, it can see from the analysis that the digital electronic governor based DSP320F28335, at a given speed3000rpm, the steady-state transfer rate can stay between0.4%and1.2%, the transient transfer rate between5%and7%, in line with national regulations generators equipped with machine oil to reach the standards, and the governor have simple structure, low cost, has a promotional value.
