| The new situation of energy and environment has put forward higher requirements for the economy and emission of diesel engine.Electronic control speed regulating system is the key to realize the high efficiency and low pollution combustion of diesel engine.In the face of foreign power’s technical sanctions and blockade,it is imperative to replace the electronic control system domestically.Due to the highly nonlinear and time-varying characteristics of diesel engine itself,its working state parameters change at all times,so timely and reasonable fuel injection adjustment is the key to realize its speed control.In this paper,a set of diesel speed control system is designed in order to meet the speed control performance of diesel under complex working conditions.The main research contents and results of this paper are as follows:This paper introduces the constitution,working principle,development process and research status of the electronic speed regulating system of diesel engine by reading the relevant literature at home and abroad.Then,based on the basic principle of PID control theory and fuzzy control theory,the fuzzy PID controller is designed for the speed control system of XX diesel engine.Based on MATLAB/Simulink software,diesel engine starting control,target speed setting,stop control and actuator test models were established,and simulation tuning and verification were carried out on the models.The simulation results show that all the designed models can achieve the desired control effect.Based on the traditional PID controller and fuzzy PID controller,the diesel engine speed control model is established,and the optimal fuzzy PID control strategy is obtained by constantly optimizing the fuzzy PID control algorithm.The results show that the performance of the fuzzy PID controller is better than that of the traditional PID controller under different operating conditions.The optimized control algorithm model is programmed with C language and downloaded to the hardware of the control system for software and hardware coordination and machine matching test.The test results show that the speed control system based on fuzzy PID controller designed in this paper can meet the speed control performance requirements of XX diesel engine,and the designed diesel engine starting control,target speed setting and stopping control system can also meet the control requirements of XX diesel engine. |
