At present, the power system used in testing and controlling system of aircraft faces the problem of complex test procedure, which has seriously restricted the improvement of national defense weapon performance. So it is urgent to study on power automatic test system. This thesis studied the power module design technology and testing technology, which has a positive significance in engineering.The main contents of this thesis are utomatic test technology of military power module. The thesis makes a research on automatic test technology and building an automatic testing system for power module. The goal of automatic test of power module was achieved. The test system includes both hardware designing and software developing. The contents of hardware designing include:The core of automated test systems, gating system and control circuit boards, test platform, load box, as well as assembling testing systems; By utilizing IPC control relay, the switch work is completed; By utilizing digital millimeter function, automated data acquisition is realized. The contents of software developing include:The system testing software which is developed by the visual programming tools. The system test procedure which is wrote by the software language system in PC, and achieve the communication between the module and the host computer; Automatic data collection, interpretation, and storage.The automatic test system has two main functions:automatic test function and continuous conduction function. The test system has been developed and used in practice. The benefits of the system include:improving the test precision, decreasing the test work burden, shorting the testing time. The system now fully meets the requirement of mass production.
