Electrical Parameter Test Theory And Its Automatic Test System

With rapid development of power electronic technology, a highly efficient power conversion technology, the problem of harmonic pollution is more and more serious. So, the measurement and analysis of electric parameter is very important.In the paper, the theory of electric parameter measurement and analysis is discussed and researched. And the electric parameter automatic measurement system based on singlechip computer embedded sytem is developed according to the requirement of Electromagnetic Compatibility. The result of the theory research is applied to the system successfully.At the end of the paper, the conceived design for the next generation of electric parameter measurement system based on Digital Signal Processor and wavelet transform is provided.
