The simulation and test are indispensable for the development of spacecraft applied system. Intelligent simulation and automatic test are a new direction, which can support the development of the simulation and test system. Test operators must pay much time on writing and checking of test rules. The efficiency needs to be improved, and the intensity of their work must also be reduced. Automatic test and reuse of test rules have been the important goals for the spacecraft application system test. The study of automatic test language is introduced in detail in this paper based on the background. ATLMIC, a kind of signal interface oriented automatic test language model and its realization are discussed in this paper, too. They provide a new kind of method for automatic test and test program migration. Test programs written in automatic test language complete test process by operating on signal interface. As they aim at all kinds of test signals, the test programs are improved on the aspect of their reuse and migration. On the other hand, the ATLMIC test language is convenient for national users on local language modality. The building of automatic test system is based on COM technology and virtual instrument technology. By complying with high efficiency of writing test programs and running them automatically, the automatic test system based on ATLMIC is improved on its possibility to be used. The work can provide a constructive reference to the test field.
