| As the core component of the relay protection of the traction power supply system,the relay protection device needs to complete a large number of complete and effective tests to ensure its reliability before being put into use.However,the current relay protection device testing is mainly done manually,this test method has many shortcomings such as large workload,low test efficiency,and difficulty in guaranteeing test consistency.Therefore,based on the current relay protection tester technology,this paper designs an automatic test system for the traction power supply system,and develops the corresponding automatic test software to realize the automatic test function that can replace the manual.First,this article analyzes the testing process and shortcomings of the traditional manual testing method,and then puts forward the basic requirements of automatic testing,and through the analysis of the protection function and related technical conditions of the relay protection device of the traction power supply system,the specific requirements of the test functions in the automatic test system of relay protection is proposed and it should be able to meet the testing of multiple types of protection such as overcurrent,loss of voltage,differential,and alarm.In addition,a detailed requirement analysis was made for the communication function,human-computer interaction and system performance in the automatic test system,which can provide reference for the design and implementation of the test system.Secondly,the overall design of the relay protection automatic test system is carried out,focusing on the analysis of the hardware composition and software architecture of the system.Aiming at the realization process of the test function,the function of the basic module and the reference relationship of the database in the system are analyzed,and the expansion of the system is designed based on the database.Aiming at the communication difficulties in the test system,this paper focuses on the analysis of the structure,format and transmission mechanism of the IEC60870-5-104 protocol message,and it provides a theoretical basis for realizing the functions of automatic reading and writing of the setting value of the protection device and automatic switching on and off of the protection function.Then,according to the design rules of the basic module,the development technology and implementation process of the over or under module,the action time module,and the differential module are analyzed with emphasis.For implement a communication function,according to the protocol developed IEC60870-5-104 value corresponding module,and analyzes and processes the specific communication setting modification process.For the test of alarm protection,the specific test method and test process are analyzed.Aiming at the realization of automatic test,taking the test development of specific protection function as an example,the realization of the test function is analyzed and the automatic test process of the complete protection device function is introduced.Finally,part of the interface and functions of the automatic test software are introduced,and a corresponding test environment is built according to the test requirements of a specific protection device.By running the automatic test program written,the test is completed and the corresponding test report is generated.By comparing the results of automatic test and manual test,it is pointed out that the relay protection automatic test system designed in this paper can improve the test efficiency and test quality,which has achieved the expected effect,and has high practicability and economy. |
