Medical water-jet is a new surgical separation equipment, compared with ordinaryscalpel, electric knife, ultrasonic scalpel and laser knives. Medical water-jet has highlyflexible ability at selecting and protecting tissue in the clinical, non-thermal injury, surgeryless bleeding, etc., effectively avoiding the “one size fits all” situation. Through rationaldesign of medical water-jet, we can use low-pressure water jet to rinse the wound, thehigh-pressure water jet to cut the substantive organization. It is an effective solution to theproblem of frequency on changing surgical tool.In my thesis, as the background of the development of a cutting-cleaning equipmentwhich is used for wound debridement, I designed a new type of medical water-jet equipment.This thesis designed a new water-jet mechanical structure, which can keep waterpressure stable from the structure and reduce the complexity of the electronic control. Themain contents of this thesis includes the following sections: First, I preliminarily did someresearch about the water jet cutting mechanism, main research is about water jet technologytheory and the main factors affecting the performance of water-jet cutting. Secondly, throughthe analysis of the performance of the existing prototype, I designed a new water-jetmechanical structure. I designed dual cam gear drive system. For the first time, the cammechanism is used in medical water-jet, to achieve a stable transmission; I designed thedisposable device using the machining material polypropylene plastic, so that the water jetmeets the disposable, sterile requirements; I designed automation for automatic removal fromthe disposable device, in order to achieve the automation of water-jet. Finally, I focus on thekinematics simulation of cam mechanism, in order to demonstrate the rationality of the camprofile; through the experiment of cutting pig liver, testing the water jet has superiorperformance.This thesis designed a new medical water-jet. It has a smooth power transmission andpressure stability. It can achieve the disposable and aseptic technique of medical pumps andso on.
