In recent years, mobile medical treatment has become the focus of development and been paid widely attention in the world. Mobile health has the advantages of convenient, accurate and efficient. Android, with powerful function and open at the same time, become the mainstream of intelligent terminal operating system. Therefore, the research and development based on the android platform for the mobile medical treatment has certain theoretical research significance and application value.In this paper, the architecture and characteristics of mobile medical platform and its related technologies were reserched. Meanwhile, an embedded monitoring equipment, multi-parameter monitor, is proposed and implemented. First of all, the acquisition function of patient data is designed and realized. It collects the patient’s physiological data, including blood pressure, blood sugar, ecg, etc. Secondly, the machine configuration function is realized. Such as system information maintenance, system log, NIBP maintenance and mechanism configuration, the wireless network configuration and user data removal, etc. Then, the wireless transmission function is designed and realized through the integration of bluetooth and Wifi network. For example, the client can send data to the client or server with Wifi or bluetooth in real time.After the parameter acquisition, data needs to be associated with patients’ records. a mobile medical scheme, general practitioner workstation, based on the android platform is put forward and implement. Firstly, the function of patient electronic archives is realized. The archives records the basic information of the patients, disease history, medication history. Secondly, chronic disease follow-up function is implement.Chronic diseases require a doctor follow-up of patients in time. The results of follow-up can be stored in the archives of the patient.Finally, wireless transmission function is realized. The workstation can connect id card reader, multi-parameter monitor, blood glucose meter and urine machine equipment. The system has realized the remote monitoring of patient data. The doctor can understand the patient’s condition real-time, and give treatment.
