With the continuous development of China’s social economy,in the incentive market competition environment,the results of marketing work are related to the future development of enterprises.Improving the business volume of enterprises is closely related to the working level and quality of marketing department.With the support of resources provided by the enterprise,marketers play a role of connecting with the market which bring more customers and businesses to the enterprise.At the same time,they try their best to maintain the quality of the brand,laying a good business foundation for the next development of the enterprise,which is conducive to the longterm development of the enterprise.In recent years,with the continuous development of China’s medical device industry,F medical device company has achieved rapid development under the rising trend of the industry,and there were also many problems in the development process,especially in the marketing department.Department employees were facing problems such as insufficient incentive of salary system,lack of promotion space,limited participation in management and so on.Optimizing the incentive mechanism and human resource allocation of marketing department,improving employee loyalty and work quality,and building the core competitiveness of enterprises have become a management problem that needs to be solved at present.Based on the survey of the satisfaction of employees in the marketing department of F Medical Devices Company with the current incentive mechanism,this paper investigated the existing compensation and welfare,performance appraisal,employee democratic participation,training and promotion,career planning,and work environment.After statistics and analysis,to figure out the existing problems.According to the company’s operating conditions,explored how to effectively set up incentive mechanism for marketing personnel,put forward suggestions on reforming the compensation system,optimizing the welfare system,improving performance distribution,improving the training and promotion system,expanding staff participation in management,expanding staff career development path,improving the soft working environment,and improving the incentive mechanism optimization measures,and ensure the enforceability of the incentive scheme,In order to improve the resistance of marketing personnel to the incentive mechanism,reduce the loss of marketing personnel,reduce the cost of human resources,and improve the satisfaction and work quality of employees to the enterprise.In order to promote the introduction of talents in the marketing department,stabilize excellent employees,basically achieve the goal of optimizing the department incentive mechanism system,and provide assistance for the company’s development.
