Currently, Ground support workers do the disassembly jobs of airport embedded lighting is limited to manual jobs. It is time-consuming, ado and increasing the labor costs. Not timely replacement and maintenance of the damage lamp will hidden a great trouble in safety. Direct at these problems and combine with the civil aviation demands. This essay designs and researches automatic disassembly device of airport embedded lighting which is meted the urgent requirement of automated disassembly. To ensure that the device is capable of quickly complete the embedded lighting disassembly work. It can improve the overall efficiency of airport ground support operations.Firstly, a design project of airport embedded lighting automatic disassembly device is provided in order to meeting disassembly features requirement. The project designs overall structure of the device. PRO / E can be applied to build and assemble models of a moving car body, foldable arm mechanism, the hydraulic mechanism which is driving the arm and an end gripper actuator. Operation procedure of embedded lighting automatic disassembly device is narrated.Secondly, the embedded lighting disassembly device is static analyzed based on design of the structure by ANSYS Workbench. And get the corresponding stress distribution and deformation distribution. Through the results of static mechanical strength and rigidity check the designed structure. Modal performance is simulated on the ANSYS Workbench platform,tested that the moving device whether occurs resonance phenomenon or mot because of road excitation. The inherent frequency and inherent vibration modes will provide data reference for the study of device resonance phenomenon.Again, link coordinates of arm mechanism is established by D-H coordinates postposition methods. Forward kinematics, inverse solution and Jacobi matrix is solved by means of kinematics analysis. ADAMS virtual prototype technology is applied to achieve dynamic simulation. The theory end trajectory curve of arm forward kinematics and simulation trajectory curve are drowned and analyzed combine with MATLAB technical. To verify thattheory is consistent with the simulation results. Application of Monte Carlo method analyzes working space. It test that the device has no structured collision in workspace and can realize the expected function.Lastly, dynamic equation of the manipulator mechanism is established. And three-dimensional solid model is imported into the ADAMS. The analysis of dynamic parameters obtains angle, angular velocity, angular acceleration and torque, which proves that the embedded lighting automatic disassembly device designs reasonably, in addition meets the use requirement.
