It makesclear the orientation, principles and objectives of the renewal, In order to provide guidance andreference to the upgrading of the district and enrich the relevant theory.In the end of the paper, by examining the effect of the strategies in particular cases, thisthesis figures out problems emerging in the practice of the reconstruction of the Renfenlidistrict in Yangzhou and puts forward proposals for the improvement and adaptation of theexisting strategies.
