The Historical Block Streets Environmental Protection Of Qingdao And Adaptive Updating Research

In recent years in Qingdao, with the rapid economic development and the fast growing tourism industry, the contradiction between the development of city construction and the protection of the old city is increasingly prominent. The environmental protection of the historical block is faced with severe challenges. Along with the proposal of “Qingdao historical and cultural city protection planning(2011 ~2020)”, the relationship between the protection of historical and cultural heritage and the renewal of the old city is being closer. The environmental protection and the renewal of the historical block is in urgent need to be solved.The paper chose Guanhai mountains historical block of Qingdao as the research object, hoping that through the environmental transformation method, the value of the environment in Guanhai mountains historical block of Qingdao can be promoted, and the living environment of the whole neighborhood residents gets improved. The main research content of the paper was as follows: firstly, the paper sorted out the general situation in terms of the protection and development of the historical and cultural heritage at home and abroad, summarized the historical block protection and the development situation at home and abroad, and analyzed the historic district renewal examples at home and abroad. Through the case analysis, research and drawing lessons from the experiences of the conservation and renewal of the historic blocks, it providedtheoretical support and experience for reference on the environmental protection and development of Qingdao Guanhai mountains. Secondly, it analyzed the general situation of the historical evolution of Qingdao, making the colonial historical background of Qingdao and the city development profile as the prerequisite, conducted the inductive analysis of the Historic evolution and the scope designation of Qingdao Guanhai mountains historical block. Thirdly, it made detailed and in-depth analysis of the research for the streets environment of Qingdao Guanhai mountains historic blocks,researched the historical value of Guanhai mountains historic blocks to figure out the reason of the decline of the historic blocks and analyzed its advantages and development prospects. In view of the situation of this historical block, on the basis of respecting the existing environment, it combined with its environment advantages, and researched the development localization of this historical block in the future.
