Construction industry in China is an important force driving the rapid development ofnational economy. The number of accidents in the construction industry has always been high.Can help improve the level of safety culture in the construction enterprises, it is paid attentionmore and more. Therefore, it is immediate to build safety culture to improve the securitysituation of construction enterprises.Summarized the elements of the construction enterprise safety culture and analyzed therelationship between the various constituent elements. Have a statistics of the factors whichaffecting formation of construction safety culture from the perspective of internal and external.Designed a questionnaire and used SPSS20.0to analyze the impact between related factors.And described safety culture formation mechanism based on the "safe rheological-catastrophe theory ".Analyzed natural evolution path and forced evolution path of theconstruction safety culture based on self-organization theory and cybernetics.Using system dynamics theory to simulate the formation mechanism of safety culture inconstruction enterprise, and found the five key factors (safety awareness、safety rules、safety rewards and penalties、safety education and training investment、secure communicationplatform sophistication) affecting the formation of safety culture in construction enterprisesthrough simulation, providing the basis for the build of safety culture in constructionenterprises.Summarized the situation of safety culture and the necessity to build the culture, andgiving specific advices for building the culture based on the five key factors.
