| At present a large number of old dormitories exist construction of high energyconsumption, indoor space environment is poor, poor living conditions etc,and need reformbadly. Both dormitory renovation project, usually by way of inertia, extensive renovation, thelack of systematic thinking and respect for the needs of students, resulting in unnecessarywaste of resources.Based on this,this paper hopes to use the design strategy of dormitory finescrutiny, improve their quality of life and reduce waste, forming a according to the individualneeds of students and unknown factors in the continuous improvement and perfection of thedormitory building system.The first chapter, the analysis of the contemporary trends of low carbon development,dormitory living condition should be improved and the current extensive existing dormitorytransformation background, clarified the need for low-carbon, systematic, cost-effectivereconstruction design of existing dorm buildings policy is needed. In the second chapter studyon college students dormitory renovation design theory, firstly the constructiontransformation theory, and on this basis from the lean, flexible, green, systematic, connotationand extension of deepening fine elaboration transformation design thinking methods, providesa guide to methods and theories for the transformation of design strategy design of thedormitory building.In the third chapter general overview of current college students ’dormitory,first discusses the current development trend of College Students’ dormitory and thebasic types of survey as well as the dormitory. Combined with the future of living,on theexisting problems in the dormitory as well as the current dormitory extensive renovationpossible collation and analysis of the problem, for dormitory renovation design strategies offerthe solution goals. In the fourth chapter from outside the dorm environment, architecture,construction and interior space dormitory renovation may covering various aspects of theproposed reform design strategy, provides a systematic reference for specific design advice. Inthe fifth chapter dormitory building renovation plan, formulated in specific cases as supportingdesign processes, feasibility analysis and design ideas.Through the above analysis, we candraw the following points conclusion: 1.Dormitory renovation design must have the overall thinking, to avoid the phenomenonof care for this and lose that,and leave room for further development.2.Reform design must start from what students need,respect individuality, provideselective scheme; and let the students participate, create a good community atmosphere.3.Reconstruction scheme to achieve economic,to be able to be under the condition of the limit of original construction,efficient target,achieve the original purpose design, namely, save money, improve the conditions, the continuation of the campusspirit.4.For the sustainable development to building, the green design, reduce the energyconsumption of buildings in providing a comfortable indoor environment for the students at the same time, but also contribute to the operating cost savings, the sustainabledevelopment of the society. |
