College Students' Dormitory Function Configuration Design Research

With the rapid development of social economy, people's material life level gradually improve, the demand for different types of buildings also produced a new demand. College student dormitory as a special architectural form naturally have the same problems. Through participating in the Sichuan University of Arts and Science student apartment No. 11 bidding design found the lack of College Students' dormitory system standard and method in functional configuration design from the angle of the architects.In the on-the-spot investigation of the status of College Students' dormitory that has been built, and from the perspective of users and managers found in functional configuration is unreasonable and also have potential demand.Based on the extensive literature and practical case by reading or collection, finally learn to organize the college student dormitory function configuration design by the environmental behavior related to research methods and the theory of system theory, try to improve the satisfaction of College Students' dormitory and achieve the desired goal,then the research findings can guide to solve the problems related to the college students' dormitory Collocated Functions.This paper is divided into five parts, a total of 6 chapters:The first part is the first chapter. Mainly expounds the subject research background, research status at home and abroad, research object and content, research purpose and significance,points out the necessity and importance; research methods and framework.The second part is the second chapter. The current situation of College Students' dormitory construction: Including the analysis of College Students' dormitory information infrastructure survey, functional configuration information investigation, typical case of university dormitory, the range of research for the national university student dormitory(mainly in Chongqing, the other is not the main study areas); by investigating a large number of cases and data of college students dormitory to solve the current problems.The third part is the third chapter and the fourth chapter. The third chapter is the construction of College Students' dormitory function configuration, the fourth chapter college student dormitory function allocation standard. This part is the core part of this paper.Chapter 3 mainly research the allocation of the university student's dormitory function concept, design content of definition, and the design characteristics and influencing factors were analyzed, and once again expounded the necessity of researching the university student's dormitory function allocation, combining with the design content and features to find the corresponding theoretical tool, finally obtains the Colledge student's dormitory function configuration principle, the completion of construction of the university student's dormitory function configuration standard as a whole.Chapter 4 is the allocation function construction based on according to the research of the demand of the students come to the college student dormitory under the current situation of function form(basis function increases), function of the weights(which function is more important), function index adjustment(function corresponding to the per capita area of the proposed Metric), function in the functional configuration of the space location of the relatively reasonable. Finally, it is concluded that function of the system configuration recommended standards.The fourth part is the fifth chapter. Design practice: through the design practice of "Sichuan University of Arts and science, 11 student apartment scheme design are related research enlightenment, the college student dormitory function deployment research that suggest a related criterion used in Sichuan University of Arts and science 11 students apartment scheme of a subsequent adjustment, according to findings modify the construction plan and the final design results make display accordingly.The fifth part is the sixth chapter. Conclusion: the research results and shortcomings of this paper is summarized and the research on the expectations of future development.
