Railway Accidents In Human Factors Analysis And Countermeasures

Railway bears the heavy transport tasks, and the safety affects railway transportation and production. In recent years, railway accidents often occurred and brought a huge loss. By studying the data, we find that most of these incidents were caused by human errors, therefore, the study in railway accident in person due to a careful analysis of great significance.In person-machine system, people affected by the impact of unsafe behavior, which occurred when the human of system started action. There will be likely deviated from the functional requirements of the system error occurred, that the unsafe condition of the system. Therefore, in order to improve the human-machine system stability, we have to systematically and carefully study the major cause of insecurity perpetrator mistakes, and make the appropriate measures.This article is the result of the analysis and countermeasures of the integrated use of railway accidents human safety engineering, human factors engineering-based, systems engineering and other related disciplines to build on the theoretical approach. Law and field data collection method to find the cause and unsafe behavior causes accident, using gray analysis of traffic accidents on the railway leading to unsafe behavior quantitatively evaluated, and then find out the cause of the accident is mainly through unsafe behavior expert judgment and the best prevention programs, provide a new ideas and methods for railway accident research.
