Railway as the main channel for the logistics of our country, whose transport safety is the guarantee of the development of the economic, society and scientific technological. The safety level of railway transport is directly related to the competitive strength among railways and other modes of transport, as well as the railway's reputation and economic benefits. With second all-round speed of China's railway, heavy-duty train began to operate and so on. All this indicated that modernization of equipment and operational management of information technology of the railway system of country has made great progress. But, the research in the human factor of that human and machine system is still very limited, which has become the bottle-neck factor of safety. So the research on the mode of human error and human reliability of railway system of which the concentration of this dissertation, is extremely important. The main works of this paper can be concluded as follows:(1) summarize the relative research in China and abroad.(2) Set up the human error model of railway system, the model based on the models which are already existed, combined with the characteristics of the railway system. According to the transformation of the information, and fully considered the effect of the environment to the program of human cognize, in order to set up the model which is fitted to railway system. The model really considered the integration of effect between inside and outside. So the have both the universality and the particularity.(3) Collect the information by the judgment of expert and the location data collection, in order to get powerful support to the analysis of human reliability, this paper collected the human data and information from the investigated report of Shenyang railway system.(4) Analyze the unsafe acts and course of information by using the gray system theory, founded the quantity relationship among the unsafe acts and the course of information with the accident course by human error in railway system.(5) Found the human reliability forecasted method of the railway system and make some suggestions to improve the reliability of system.The research method and the result of this paper make great sense to the railway system to enforce the security management.
