Urban subway construction is mostly in underground space, construction environment is complex and changeable, facing many unsafe factors easy to induce subway safety accidents.Coupled with the lack of corporate risk monitoring and early warning mechanisms and low risk response efficiency, there is often a lack of early active risk intervention for many minor or non-i njury incidents that occurred before the accident, resulting in frequent subway safety accidents.Existing research shows that subway human accident is one of the important types of subway safety accidents, and their occurrence probability exceeds 90%of the cause of subway safety accidents.Among them, the frequency of human accidents caused by the construction workers’bad mental state, such as incorrect attitude and poor motivation,is the most important reason for the unsafe behavior of the construction workers. Therefore, this study takes the influence of safety attitude on human unsafe behavior in subway construction.Combining basic theories such as psychology, behavioral science, cognitive science, safety management, etc.Based on the case data of subway construction accidents from 2003 to 2020,analyze the rules of accidents, excavate the set of factors affecting subway construction safety attitudes, explore the internal correlations between various levels within the framework of the factor sets, and propose unsafe behaviors of people under the influence of safety attitudes impact theory model. The research uses Structural Equation Model to conduct an empirical study on the evolution model of human unsafe behaviors and disasters under the influence of safety attitudes.Secondly, based on the significance of safety attitudes to unsafe behavior induced by SEM,System Dynamics model of construction workers’ safety attitudes induced unsafe behaviors was constructed, and based on this model, the safety attitude induced people’s unsafe behaviors.Dynamic simulation of safety behaviors to analyze the evolutionary law of unsafe behavior levels induced by safety attitudes. Finally, the SEM-SD model of unsafe behavior induced by safety attitudes in subway construction constructed by this research is applied to a subway construction project in a city, and the unsafe behavior level of construction workers in this project is evaluated.Based on this prediction, the corresponding unsafe behavior level intervention strategy is given, and the active pre-control system of unsafe behavior induced by safety attitude in subway construction is studied,in order to realize the full cycle of unsafe behavior induced by safety attitude in subway construction. The whole process, all work areas, and all personnel quasi-continuous monitoring and targeted pre-control,so as to optimize the targeted pre-control strategy of people’s unsafe behavior during subway construction.Based on theoretical analysis and actual project cases, this research studies the influence of safety attitudes on people’s unsafe behavior during subway construction and the active intervention system. The research results can provide a theoretical reference for further improving the mechanism of subway safety accident risk response. It has certain theoretical guiding significance for improving the level of subway safety management and control.
