| Since the eleventh Century, the Gothic building had gradually become the landmark of cities in European countries in the middle ages, of which church building is the main form of this period. In accordance with the Gothic aesthetic category, Hagel classified the medieval art into romantic art. This paper mainly studies the decorative art of the stained glass window of Gothic architecture.The stained glass window is one of the most beautiful decorative art in form and vision. In the macro-theoretical background, the author tries to analyze and prospect for the future of stained glass window with an eye of contemporary aesthetic taste,and then to compare with design aesthetics and aesthetic effect of the decorative art of traditional Chinese window. The paper aims to study the stained glass window of European Gothic architecture from the perspective of its background,artistic charm,contemporary aesthetic taste,traditional window and its value and meaning. Architectural decorative art and stained glass window are same in language,and united in style,expressing the value of artistic beauty and visual aesthetic which makes the readers resonate with the author in spirit.The inheritance of decorative art itself has a strong and innovative, household decorative art in modern society more and more attention by people, from all walks of life are booming and produce a variety of decorative art language, in glass windows decoration this piece is also urgent need to inject fresh blood for innovative integration.The author thinks that in today’s society building decorative tracery should at the same time of inheriting Chinese traditional tracery dare to innovation of the traditional Mosaic art and modern decoration art of glass Windows, and coloured drawing or pattern representation of abstract art, the combination of art deco process using the modern high-tech means, and a new level of ideas to build and innovation, opening a new window of modern decoration art act the role of the road. |
