Today, Auto is not only for walking, driver has more expectation for the comfortable requirement, strict with the low noise, related law has been made for automotive noise in China.Steering system is one of the most concerned automotive parts from driver, currently there is still no valid control method and direct in decreasing the noise of steering system, it is trend to develop low noise steering system.Per analyzing the steering system, the thesis defines the theory of noise.According to vibration leading to noise, develop the special test bench for studying steering system noise, simulate the situation of noise in the test bench, analyse the static-form for gear-rack mechanical steering system, make the test method of using vibration acceleration to test noise.Through the data, build the relationship between vibration acceleration and noise, which provides analysis for noise.Firstly the thesis confirms the necessary to study the noise, introduce the development process of auto steering system,defines the content and method of noise study.Study the working theory and application for gear-rack mechanical steering system 〠EPS electric steering system,through the analysis of steering system constructure,confirms the theory of noise.Develop the test bench to simulate auto operation status, explain the design plan and working theory of test bench in details.Finish the measurement for static form in the test bench, collect the data of vibration acceleration for dynamic status for steering system in the test bench, compare the test data in timing zone and frequency timing, provide the diagnosis and check method for noise, realize the process from subjective evaluation to obejective evaluation. |
