| Reinforced concrete structure has become one of the most widely used structure form of the world, and the steel corrosion is the dominant factor affecting the durability and safty of the reinforced concrete structure. Therefore, the monitoring of the steel corrosion can provide the reinforced concrete structure’s remianing service life and the durability with improtant and basic datas. At present, the monitoring of the corrosion in concrete reinforcement mostly uses electrochemical monitoring technology. This is not only unable to realize a real-time dynamic monitoring, but also need to destroy the concrete structure and the pollution system which is under test.Aiming at the deficiencies of traditional steel corrosion monitoring technology, We propose a design scheme that we can get the degree of the steel corrosion of the concrete reinforcement in concrete structures through a remote wireless monitoring system based on WSN.The main work is as follows:(1) The backgrounds and reasearch status of the monitoring for the corrosion degree of the reinforcement in concrete structures were studied, then the ZigBee wireless communication technology, wireless sensor network and their characteristics were introduced. At last, the wireless sensor network technology which was applied to the system for monitoring the corrosion of the reinforcement in concrete structures was proposed.(2)Acorrding to the study of the indicators and common methods of the system for the monitoring corrosion of the reinforcment in concrete structures, the overall design scheme of the wireless monitoring system for the corrosion degree of reinforcement in concrete was determined s.The design principle of the steel corrosion monitoring sensors and reference electrodes were introduced.Aiming at the practical application of this system, the star topology structure was used as the network topology structure of the wireless monitoring system for the corrosion degree of reinforcement in concrete, and the function of host computer’s monitoring interface was determined.(3)The hardware part of the monitoring system for the corrosion degree of reinforcement inconrete was designed.Referencing to electrode and electrochemical performance’s test analysis,sensor and it’s modulation circuits were designed. Then,TPs CC2530 chip was selected as the core of data process and wireless communication module,and the peripheral circuit was deaigned.(4)In the IAR development platform, the software part of monitoring system for the corrosion degree of reinforcement was designed. In order to improve the development efficiency and shorten the development cycle, C language was selected to compete the program design of ZigBee nodes, including the various functional modules of the external circuit and a wireless communication module software’s implementation. PC used Lab VIEW virtual instrument software to design Flexible man-machine interaction monitoring interface. The monitoring interface has a serial port initialization, including staff login,system parameter setting, data monitoring, data query, and warning system, etc. It implemented real-time remote monitoring on the steel corrosion in concrete.(5) The concrete block was prepared in the laboratory, the sensors were embedded in concrete specimen, the monitoring system for the corrosion degree of reinforcement was tested and validated, and the different parameters of steel corrosion degree were determined. Test results show that the system collected potential signals can reflect the degree of reinforcement corrosion well,. What’s more,it has stable performance and strong reliability. |
