In recent years, the structure optimization design has become one of the subject to the study of various fields. At present, in the field of mechanical design, structural strength and stiffness is reasonable, it is particularly important. ANSYS as a typical finite element software, to design the personnel in the structural optimization and provide a better optimization method is more advanced, reduces the calculation process, reduces the calculation error, simulation is more accurate and intuitive conditions force the parts of the structure, not only has won the precious time for the designers, also provides optimization more accurate method for designers.Vertical rotating container handling equipment, can make the lifting and packing action is completed at the same time operation, can realize bidirectional erected container, without moving down container or adjust the transport vehicle direction, use is very convenient, has improved the efficiency and benefit of dry bulk shipping container.This thesis relies on a highly efficient ANSYS computing platform, the vertical rotation handling equipment as the research object in the container, using ANSYS software separately from the aspects of strength, stiffness of the equipment to optimize the design and calculation of main girder, the use offirst-order method in the finite element method, obtained the maximum stress, maximum strain and displacement calculation results of main beam, through the contrast before and after the improvement of performance, optimization of design scheme. And the finite element analysis and the modal analysis of theframe body is improved, the performance optimization of the product greatly promoted, the material utilization rate increased significantly. This thesis iscarried out in accordance with the requirements of the design stress stress analysis and the establishment of mathematical model, have certain reference value for designers.
