Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,with the continuous advancement of the "One Belt and One Road" strategy,international trade has been in strong demand.Railway container transportation has also achieved rapid development due to its combination of the high efficiency of container transportation and the low cost and low energy consumption of railway transportation.However,in container railway transportation,containers generally cannot rely on the same transportation device to reach the destination directly from the orign of transportation,and usually need to transit through the container terminal.Under the current convenient transportation conditions,the transportation time of containers on the line is relatively fixed due to the speed limitations of transportation equipment.Therefore,the optimized time for container transportation is mostly concentrated in the container terminal,and the research on the handling operations in the container terminal can not only improve the efficiency of container transportation,but also plan the use of handling equipment reasonably,and increase the effective utilization rate of handling equipment.Based on the above background,this article focuses on the handling operations and transshipment operations of the container terminal.The main research contents are as follows:(1)In order to analyze the specific operations of the container terminal in detail,the function,layout and operation process of the container terminal are sorted out.Meanwhile,the current operation mode of handling equipment and the scheduling mode of container transit operation are also analyzed.In addition,a container handling scheduling mode that considering synchronous transshipment operations is proposed,and the handling process and scheduling mode of the main operation area are selected as "gantry cranes and trucks" which dynamically divides the operating range of the gantry crane based on the workload.On this basis,the operation connection process and operation time connection of gantry cranes and trucks during handling operations are analyzed in detail.(2)In order to improve the operating efficiency of the container terminal and the balance rate of gantry cranes,the gantry crane workload balance strategy is used to dynamically divide the operating range of gantry cranes.Then,based on the analysis of the handling operation process and the premise of maximizing the completion rate of synchronous transfer operations,the maximum balance rate of rail hoisting operations and the minimum completion time of handling operations are taken as the optimization goals,and a bi-layer nonlinear mixed integer programming model is established to study the optimization problem of handling equipment scheduling considering synchronous transfer operations.Then,according to the characteristics of the model,a mixed bi-layer genetic algorithm based on the fusion of heuristic rules and greedy thought is designed to solve the problem.(3)According to the characteristics of the handling operations in the main operating area with the synchronous transfer operation strategy,calculation examples of different scales was designed to verify the model and algorithm to obtain the best gantry crane operation scope division plan and handling equipment scheduling plan.In addition,a sensitivity analysis was carried out on the number of trucks in the case of large-scale example;then based on the pursuit of maximizing the completion rate of synchronous transshipment operations,the time window limitation of synchronous transshipment operations is considered to obtain scheduling plan for handling equipment,and the superiority of the container scheduling mode considering synchronous transshipment operations is verified,which provides a reference for the actual operation of container terminal.
