Today’s large man-machine system is essentially an open complex system, whichhas a wide range of information communication with the outside and the outside has animportant influence to personnel behavior within the system. Some organizationalmanagement factors are normally hidden safety problems within the organization,which has a decisive influence, even they plays an important role in the whole systemsafety performance. Therefore, in the human reliability analysis method, it is morecomprehensive to consider various factors, including organizational management that isa very important factor. In the analysis of the reliability of the people, taking thesefactors into consideration can provide a more scientific basis for the complicatedhuman-machine system management decisions, in order to reduce the possibility ofaccident caused by human factors, to improve the safety performance of the system.In order to study the reason of error, to predict the probability of error, the papertakes the station of "clutch platen assembly bulk" as an example, studies the specificlocation for human error. Using prediction technology(THERP) and combining humancognitive reliability(HCR) model to analyze the mathematical structure. Meanwhileadding the organizational management factors into the human error mathematics model,we can make a deep research to human error in the process of the clutch platen assembly.In the process of analysis, we can find out performance shaping factors that influencethe operator and to induce and to classify. Based on the theory of human error, thehuman reliability is analyzed in the paper and the structure model is constructed forreliability analysis. Applying hierarchical analysis method,an study about affectingimportance of organization and management factors is completed.Using extremestatistics and principal component analysis method, the qualitative and quantitativeanalysis of behavior forming factor is completed. Based on the theory of THERP +HCR model, fully considering organizational management comprehensive factors, amathematical relationship is built. Combining expert evaluation and statistical data,depending on the overall organization reliability, an correction factor value collection ofTHERP + HCR is obtained. All of these can raise the accuracy and validity of humanerror analysis.
