Recently, the security and reliability of the nuclear power plants system are well-known by people, and human reliability analysis (HRA) has become a hot field in international scientific circles of safety management, industrial engineering and behavioral science. With the occurrence of nuclear accident such as Three Mile Island and deepening study, it is found that organizational factors play an important role in the whole harmonizing and controlling management of the system, where the organizational factors are determining and guiding to the safety of whole system. However, the influence of organizational factors is little or not considered in HRA methods used at present. Therefore, the research of HRA should be expanded from individual to the direction of organization, and the influence of the organizational factor to human reliability analysis should be considered fully. The contents and conclusions of this dissertation are as follows:(1) Firstly, the recent theory and literature about HRA in nuclear power plant and organizational factors are briefly reviewed and commented;(2) On the basis of the analysis of 1540 incident reports of WANO from 1993 to 2008 using data mining technology, it comes to the conclusion that : the organizational factor is the prime reason for the human error accidents; the poor organizational management facilities human manipulation error ; the bad manipulation ability, the short of theoretical knowledge, the poor organizational management, deficiency of regulations , and the absence of mutual examination, are all key factors of human manipulation error, which should be fully recognized; the organizational factors has important influence on serious accidents, and contributes much to the occurrence of accidents.(3) The influencing model of organizational factors on the reliability of complex Man-Machine systems is constructed, and the mechanism of organizational factors on organizational error in complex social technology systems is analyzed.(4) Through classifying and describing of the present organizational factors both at home and abroad, this thesis builds an organizational classifying system, which includes : organization/management, organization object, organization structure, organization cultures, regulation, training, and communication. According to identifying the concept and classification of organizational factors, the influence degree of every organizational factor on human reliability is studied using AHP method.(5) Based on the analysis of organizational factors, the human error model considering organizational factors is built. Then, taking advantage of Bayesian Network, to imitation the reliability influence of organized factors on human beings, an analyzing model is built, so that we can make a sound imitation about the internal connection among organization, context, individuals and so on. For certain accident, taking advantage of the cause and effect chain of reasoning and diagnostic reasoning to get a reliable figure of individuals, and recognize the promising organizational factors.(6)A HRA method contained organizational factors was proposed.(7)Finally, the limitations of the thesis and future research orientation are discussed.
