evaporative-cooling technology has the advantages of protecting environment, saving energy, being economic and so on so forth. This technology is widely concerned by people in air conditioning domain. Though a great number of researchers do enormous and intensive work in many respects, such as thermal substance exchange theory of air in spraying room contacting with water, the structure and size of spraying room, the influence of all kinds of spray nozzles' spraying property on thermal substance exchange in spraying room, there is great research potentiality in respect of saving energy, raising thermal substance exchange efficiency, simplifying maintenance and management. This article finds out all factors that influence the thermal substance exchange efficiency through setting up thermal substance exchange math model of spraying room and giving its data. Spraying nozzles are the key to spraying rooms. New-type motor spraying nozzles based on dash current have good property, can't be blocked easily and save water. This article analyzes spraying principle of this spraying nozzle, and applies theprinciple in the spraying room. Thus thermal substance exchange efficiency can be improved greatly.Spraying room+ indirect evaporative-cooling compound evaporative-cooling system is very suitable for tobacco, textile and commerce buildings in northwest area. It can basically satisfy the requirement of cooling and moistening in summer and transition seasons. It can replace totally or partially mechanical cooling; It can satisfy the requirement of heat-recovering in winter. Indoor air quality can be improved efficiently. Comparing this system with common mechanical cooling, it can save first investment of equipment and system utilizing and maintaining cost, and it can also reduce electric power peak efficiently. Because this system doesn't use CFCs, it can lesson the loss of ozone layer, reduce the discharge of gas in warm rooms, and protect the environment of the earth.
